Ogier in Guernsey advises CityFleet Networks on £269.1 million acquisition of Addison Lee

Ogier in Guernsey has advised CityFleet Networks Limited, a subsidiary of multinational transport services provider ComfortDelGro, in the £269.1 million acquisition of the Addison Lee group.

ComfortDelGro is a Singapore-listed transport operator of more than 40,000 vehicles across 12 countries. Addison Lee is a leading London-based private hire, courier and black taxi provider with operations spanning across major cities in the United Kingdom.

The Ogier corporate and regulatory team was led by partner Richard Sharp and included managing associate Michelle Watson Bunn and associate Antoaneta Shikerova. The team supported lead counsel Stephenson Harwood LLP.

The parties have signed and all regulatory approvals have been successfully obtained. Completion is currently scheduled for on or around 7 November 2024.
