Ogier in Guernsey advises Burford Capital on £175 million Bond Issue

Ogier has provided Guernsey and Jersey legal advice to Burford Capital Limited ("Burford Capital") on the raising of £175 million through an issue of bonds listed on the London Stock Exchange by Burford Capital PLC, a subsidiary of Burford Capital.
