Ogier helps take Dubai-based startup Micropolis public in the US

Ogier’s Corporate specialists in Hong Kong acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Micropolis Holding Company, a leading UAE-based robotics manufacturer, on its US$15.5 million initial public offering (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange.

Micropolis Holding Company (Micropolis), a developer of autonomous mobile robots, began trading on New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on 7 March 2025 under the ticker symbol MCRP. Micropolis, a startup company, previously secured US$4 million in a seed funding round in 2022.

The Ogier team in Hong Kong was led by partner Florence Chan with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, and legal manager Anna Cheung.
