Ogier demonstrates expertise in fast-paced private equity deals

Ogier advised a London based private equity firm on the Jersey aspects of its investment in a UK based telecommunications group.

The Jersey aspects of the deal included forming a Jersey incorporated holding company into which the PE firm invested, a standard private equity arrangement involving the use of Jersey investment vehicles.

The transaction completed in less than three weeks from the start of Ogier's involvement until the completion of the deal and demonstrated our expertise in assisting with fast-paced private equity matters.

Subsequently, Ogier is involved in listing debt securities from an entity in the group structure on The International Stock Exchange.
