Ogier advised the holding company for a Peruvian headquartered international industrial group, in its financing from a Peruvian financial group.
The structure required Ogier to provide a complex and novel contractual mechanism for security in respect of the shares. It was the first time the Ogier team had come across such a security structure and demonstrates that the Ogier team can deliver creative solutions to a complex commercial agreement.
