Ogier advises Zhibao Technology Inc. on Nasdaq Capital Market IPO

Ogier's team in the Cayman Islands has advised Zhibao Technology Inc. on its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Zhibao Technology Inc. is a leading and high growth insurtech company primarily engaging in providing digital insurance brokerage services through its operating entities in China.

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel on the initial public offering (IPO). The team was led by partner Bradley Kruger with support from senior associate Marcus Hallan and associates Laura O'Byrne and Tristanna Mascal.
