Ogier advises Tullow on $800 million notes offering

Ogier has advised long-standing client Tullow Oil on its recent offering of $800 million aggregate principal amount of 7% senior notes due 2025.

Ogier's Jersey corporate team, including senior associate Marie-Claire Fudge and associate Tiffany Ager advised Tullow on the Jersey law aspects of the offering.

Tullow is a leading independent oil and gas exploration and production company employing more than 1,000 people, and with interests across 16 countries.

This time last year, our corporate team advised on a $750 million rights issue transaction for Tullow, a long-standing client of the firm.

We have significant experience and expertise in working with clients in the natural resources sector.  We are delighted to have assisted the team at Tullow to conclude another successful fundraising which saw the original size of the offering increase from $650 million to $800 million.
