Ogier advises on the Main Board IPO of Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands and BVI counsel for Flowing Cloud Technology Ltd. in relation to its proposed HK$782 million (subject to over-allotment option) initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
Flowing Cloud Technology is the biggest player in China’s augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR) content and services industry and is the first metaverse-related company listed in Hong Kong. The deal introduced well-known cornerstone investors including SenseTime, the state-owned investment arm of Anji and Tradego.
The Ogier team in Hong Kong was led by senior legal manager Janice Chu with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell and paralegals Jenson Ng and Jasmine Lin.
