Ogier advises on Stonepeak acquisition

Ogier acted for euNetworks in connection with the acquisition of a majority interest in the group by Stonepeak Infrastructure.

The transaction will provide the fibre network provider with up to US$500 million of committed growth capital. 

The Ogier Cayman in Europe team advising on the acquisition included managing associate Richard Bennett from the London office, and associate Rhidhiima Kapoor from the Cayman team.

Ogier worked with lead counsel CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.
