Ogier advises on International Workplace Group plc financing transactions

Ogier's Banking and Finance team in Jersey has advised the lenders on a series of financing transactions by International Workplace Group plc, including the provision of a new US$720 million syndicated revolving credit facility, along with various bilateral guarantee facilities.

Switzerland-based International Workplace Group plc, a FTSE 250 listed company, is an international provider of hybrid workplaces.

The Ogier team advised on all Jersey law aspects of the transaction and was led by finance partner Bruce MacNeil, with senior associate Carl Hey and associate Paul Hadden. The team worked alongside lead counsel A&O Shearman.
