Ogier advises on blockchain network developer restructuring

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands legal counsel on the formation of a Cayman Islands foundation company and the simultaneous restructuring of  the developer  of a blockchain protocol designed to enable the operation of a public infrastructure for blockchain based applications.

Ogier provided Cayman Islands legal and regulatory advice in relation to the activities and restructuring of the blockchain network development company. The transaction is representative of Ogier's ability to provide broad corporate services and expertise to blockchain-based businesses and ventures.
