Ogier advises MaintMaster Systems on its acquisition of OEEsystems International

Ogier's Corporate team in Ireland has advised leading Swedish maintenance software provider, MaintMaster Systems, on its successful acquisition of OEEsystems International - a Clonmel headquartered provider of manufacturing performance improvement software and expertise.

MaintMaster Systems (MaintMaster) is a leading cloud-based maintenance management (CMMS) developer headquartered in Sweden. It is a portfolio company of the Nordic software growth investor Monterro. Monterro acquired MaintMaster in 2020.

Led by partner Oisín McLoughlin, the Corporate team included associates Chelsey Heaney and Hugo Mahony, and trainee solicitor Lisa Quigley. Support was provided by Ogier's Real Estate and Employment Law teams in Ireland.
