Ogier's Cayman team advises Launch Two Acquisition Corp on its US$230 million Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's Corporate law team acted as Cayman Islands counsel to Launch Two Acquisition Corp, a Cayman incorporated special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), on its US$230 million initial public offering on the Nasdaq Global Market.

Launch Two Acquisition Corp aims to acquire and operate a business in the technology and software infrastructure sector.

The Ogier team in the Cayman Islands was led by partners Bradley Kruger and Tommy Tuohy, with support from senior associate Marcus Hallan and associate Wray Sulisz.
