Ogier advises Industrious in acquisition of Welkin and Meraki

Ogier in Luxembourg has advised Industrious on the acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital and voting rights of European-based Welkin & Meraki.

As a result, Industrious is now one of the largest flexible workplace companies in the world, having a strong presence in markets across the US and the UK.

The Corporate team provided counsel on all Luxembourg aspects of the transaction and was led by Bertrand Géradin, with support from senior associates Maxime Wagner and Olivia Colette.

Ogier is celebrating its 10th anniversary in Luxembourg, where the firm has grown from two to seven partners, and now has a headcount of more than 50.
