Ogier advises ICZOOM Group Inc on its IPO on Nasdaq

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands counsel for ICZOOM Group Inc on its initial public offering (IPO) on the Nasdaq Capital Market. The company's Class A ordinary shares began trading on 15 March 2023.

ICZOOM Group is primarily engaged in the sales of electronic component products to customers in Hong Kong and mainland China through its B2B e-commerce trading platform. These products are primarily used by China-based small and medium-sized enterprises in the consumer electronic industry, Internet of Things, automotive electronics and industry control segments.

The offering was conducted on a firm commitment basis. The Benchmark Company, LLC acted as the sole bookrunning manager for the IPO. FT Global Capital, Inc acted as the financial adviser in connection with this offering.

The Ogier team in Hong Kong was led by partner Florence Chan, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell and paralegals Jenson Ng and Jasmine Lin.
