Ogier advises HomesToLife Ltd on Nasdaq IPO

Ogier's Corporate law team in Hong Kong acted as Cayman Islands counsel to HomesToLife Ltd on its initial public offering on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

HomesToLife Ltd (HomesToLife), a Cayman-incorporated company, announced the closing of its initial public offering (IPO) of its 1,437,500 ordinary shares. The offering was priced at US$4 per share, raising gross proceeds of US$5.75 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses. 

The shares began trading on Nasdaq on 1 October 2024 under the symbol HTLM.

HomesToLife's wholly owned subsidiary and operating company, HomesToLife Singapore, is a leading home furniture retailer in Singapore.

The Hong Kong team was led by partner Rachel Huang, with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, legal manager Chloe Yip and paralegal Vicky Wu.

Ogier worked closely with HomesToLife's US counsel, Leob & Leob LLP. US Tiger Securities, Inc. served as the sole book-running manager for the offering and Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC acted as U.S. legal counsel to US Tiger Securities, Inc.
