Ogier's real estate finance team in Guernsey has advised DekaBank Deutsche Girozentrale on the refinancing of MARK Capital Management and BCP Asset Management's €250 million building at 60 Dawson Street, Dublin.
The distinctive landmark provides mixed-use office and retail space in the heart of Dublin.
