Ogier advises Beijing Deep Glint Technology on RMB1.83 billion IPO on SSE STAR Market

Ogier has acted as BVI and Cayman counsel for Beijing Deep Glint Technology Co Ltd on its RMB1.83 billion IPO on the Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market.

Deep Glint Technology is one of China's leading artificial intelligence (AI) companies, and the first AI software development company to list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Science and Technology Innovation Board.

Deep Glint Technology has been involved in a number of major scientific research projects in the application of AI technology with China's Ministry of Science and Technology and the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. Since the company launched, it has attracted investment from well-known venture capital firms such as Sequoia China, Ceyuan Ventures, and ZhenFund.

The Ogier team in Hong Kong was led by senior legal manager Janice Chu, with support from the firm’s global Head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, and paralegal Jenson Ng.
