Ogier acts for Shenzhen Energy in its $542 million acquisition of CPT Wyndham

Ogier in Hong Kong have recently acted as Cayman Islands counsel in advising Shenzhen Energy Corporation regarding the $542 million acquisition of 100 percent shares of CPT Wyndham Holdings Ltd. from a consortium of investors led by NewQuest Capital. Shenzhen Energy is a major state owned power generation company primarily operating gas turbine, wind, photovoltaic, hydropower and waste incineration power plants, and developing alternative energy projects.
