China-based manufacturer STAK Inc lists on Nasdaq with assistance from Ogier

Ogier acted as Cayman Islands counsel to STAK Inc, a company specialising in creating and manufacturing equipment and vehicles for the oilfield industry, on its initial public offering on Nasdaq.
The company’s shares began trading on Nasdaq on 26 February 2025 following a successful registration statement by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Ogier team in Hong Kong was led by partner Florence Chan with support from the firm's global head of Corporate, Nathan Powell, and legal manager Anna Cheung.
