Acquisition of site of Garett Anderson House, College Gardens

Ogier has acted as exclusive legal adviser to the Jersey Homes Trust, the largest private-sector residential landlord in Jersey, since its formation in 1995.

The Jersey Homes Trust has developed and/or acquired over 800 homes spread over more than 20 developments. Its latest projects include the acquisition of land at the former De La Mare Nurseries site for the development of 35 Affordable Housing Units and the purchase of the site of Garrett Anderson House, the first sale at College Gardens, on which 40 Affordable Housing Units are to be developed for the Trust.
