We have a particular specialism in advising alternative investment funds. As the first offshore firm to recognise the importance of Luxembourg as an international investment domicile, we recognised that our global network of offices put us in a unique position to apply an international perspective to the complex needs of our clients. This was true 10 years ago and, as we've continued to expand our footprint – most recently with our expansion into Ireland and Dubai – it proves to be even more true today.

Working with lawyers in our offices in BVI, Cayman, Dubai, Guernsey, Jersey, Hong Kong, Ireland and London, we provide fully integrated advice on both Luxembourg and offshore laws and structures.
