We will discuss your requirements before your appointment and may ask to review your documentation and any instructions which you have been given in advance of a meeting.

We will need you to bring identification documents, which can be a valid passport or driving licence, and a bank statement or utility bill to confirm your address. You may need to bring additional documentation if this is necessary.
