We help fund managers meet legislative and regulatory requirements and provide bespoke solutions to meet their administrative needs across the full fund lifecycle, from formation, corporate governance through to wind-down and distressed situations.

We work closely with our award-winning Investment Funds and Dispute Resolution legal teams, and we have extensive experience working with investment managers, ranging from start-ups to global asset managers.

We work across the spectrum of asset classes including hedge, hybrid, private equity, venture capital, real estate, fund of funds, managed accounts, family office/private wealth, and debt funds.

We establish and administer a wide range of fund vehicles including master/feeder and standalone, segregated portfolio companies (SPC) and protected cell companies (PCC), general partners and limited partnerships, carry vehicles as well as special purpose vehicles (SPVs) to hold downstream investments.

We also have specialist knowledge and experience providing trustee services to Cayman Islands domiciled unit trusts, particularly from the Japanese market, where unit trusts continue to be the preferred investment vehicle of choice.

Trustee services to unit trusts

Ogier Global has a dedicated team of experts with extensive knowledge and experience in providing trustee services to Cayman Islands domiciled unit trusts. Principal office services

Ogier Global provides principal office services to investments funds which are registered under section 4(1)(b) and have a non-Cayman based administrator.

Proxy agent

Ogier Global can assist Cayman funds by providing standing proxy services to investors.

Regulatory and compliance

Ogier Global can provide fund structures with a tailored compliance framework to help them comply with their anti-money laundering (AML) and Counter Terrorism Financing (CFT) regime requirements. Liquidation services

Ogier Global can conduct the voluntary winding up of (solvent) companies in Cayman, Hong Kong and Jersey. Our team has extensive experience of dissolving investment funds and can also provide termination services for companies and partnerships. We provide management and guidance through the entire dissolution process.
