Our multi-jurisdictional teams work seamlessly with our legal colleagues on all forms of debt capital market transactions.

We act as an independent third-party administrator, offering innovative, bespoke and cost-effective services to our clients. We work with investors, corporates and financial institutions to manage the complexity of modern debt capital markets while addressing the clients’ unique needs.

Our teams have worked on a variety of transactions that utilise special purpose vehicles (SPVs), such as bankruptcy remote orphan SPVs across the spectrum of Capital Markets including RMBS, CMBS, ABS, Loan Origination, Synthetic Securitisations, note issuance programmes, syndicated loans and repackaged securities.

Orphan structures

Our experienced, responsive and flexible multi-jurisdictional teams work seamlessly with our legal colleagues on all forms of debt capital market transactions using BVI, Cayman, Guernsey, Jersey and/or Luxembourg structures.

This includes utilising special purpose vehicles (SPVs), including bankruptcy remote orphan SPVs, for specialist and sovereign debt issues; covered, high yield and investment grade bond issues; note programmes; syndicated loans and re-packs.
