With experience working on the largest and most complex real estate transactions in the UK and Europe, our knowledge of the real estate industry and familiarity with sector-specific concepts means we add real value to clients and onshore advisers.

Our offices in BVI, Cayman, Dubai, Guernsey, Ireland, Jersey, London, Luxembourg, Hong Kong and mainland China, and Tokyo enable face-to-face contact across timezones and international markets, a key factor in establishing strong relationships with clients.
We regularly advise on property finance (including real estate acquisition and development finance), acting for both lenders and borrowers, and we advise on the full spectrum of real estate funds, offering ongoing commercially focused regulatory and tax advice.
