We support our local communities through charitable donations, community partnerships and encouraging our employees to play their part in community life through volunteering and fundraising.  

Our three-strand approach to CSR is:

We're committed to being a good corporate citizen and supporting causes that empower people and enable our communities to thrive.  

We focus our charitable giving on organisations that support people in our community who are facing barriers, including those with low incomes or who are experiencing education, employment and health challenges. 

We create a positive impact by working with organisations that ensure all young people have access to free equitable and quality education, improve employment opportunities for people facing barriers to enter the workplace, ensure families with low incomes have the resources they need and that address the barriers faced by people with a visible or non-visible disability or a health challenge. 

Each year, colleagues across our offices take part in a wide range of fundraising challenges to raise money for charities that are close to their hearts. 

To support them in these personal endeavours, we offer a charitable donation to every employee in every jurisdiction to help boost their fundraising so that together we're helping to make a difference. 

Inspiring and supporting our colleagues to be active citizens in their local community is a key part of our firm's ethos. We know that employees who engage in the community feel more connected and a sense of pride in helping others. 

We offer every employees across all our jurisdictions paid leave to volunteer in the community, both as individuals and in teams, so that they may donate their time and skills to charities who rely heavily on the support of volunteers.
