Background and experience
Prior to joining Ogier in 2025, Clifford completed his traineeship at a red circle law firm in Hong Kong and joined another international law firm in Hong Kong as a commercial litigation associate.
Clifford specialises in commercial disputes, asset recovery and fraud matters. He also has vast experience in court hearings and urgent ex parte injunctions and disclosure order applications in Hong Kong.
Clifford obtained his JD and PCLL at the City University of Hong Kong. Prior to reading law, he obtained his Bachelor of Arts majoring in psychology at the University of Melbourne.
He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
