Nord Anglia Education Inc, US$150 million incremental loans under existing US$590 million loan…

Ogier represented Joint Lead Arrangers Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse and HSBC in respect of the provision of incremental loans in an amount of US$150 million under the existing $590 million facilities of Nord Anglia Education, Inc, a Cayman company, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

The incremental loans were incurred in connection with the group’s acquisition of British International Schools Group, Vietnam and for general corporate purposes.

Nord Anglia Education is the world’s leading premium schools organisation. The addition of BIS Vietnam expands the group’s global network to a total of 35 international schools, providing an outstanding education to over 23,600 students across 14 countries.

This transaction presents another example of how Ogier is able to use its global network of offices to provide cross transactional advice to serve the needs of its clients.
